Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to get your sweet treats delivered to you as quickly and as safely as possible.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Mondays-Fridays, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: During busy periods, such as holidays, or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer - but well always do our best to keep you informed.
Delivery Options & Time Frames
We currently ship within the UK only.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link or a reference number (where applicable) via email so you can follow your sweets every step of the way.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2-3 working days before contacting us, as postal delays can occur.
Once your order has left our premises and has been handed over to the courier, Graces Sweet Treats is no longer responsible for any delays, lost deliveries or delivery issues.
Any concerns regarding delayed or missing parcels must be taken directly to the courier using the tracking number provided.
We are unable to speed up, locate or modify your parcel once it is in the couriers possession.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Click & Collect
If you order in-store pick up:
Orders marked for click & collect will l be ready within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready to collect.
